Alla esitetyt yleiset ehdot ovat voimassa kaikissa kuvauspalveluissa, ellei asiakkaan kanssa ole toisin kirjallisesti sovittu.
Kuvauksen hinta ja palvelun sisältö
Asiakkaan kanssa erikseen sovittu hinta ja sisältö kirjallisesti.
Tekijänoikeudet ja käyttöoikeudet
Asiakas saa kopioida ja teettää kuvia toimitetuista, käsitellyistä kuvista rajattomasti omaan käyttöönsä. Kaupallinen käyttö ilman erillistä sopimusta on kielletty. Kaupalliseksi käytöksi luetaan kaikki yritysten markkinointi niin painetussa kuin digitaalisessa mediassa, mukaanlukien lehtikäyttö. Kaikki tekijänoikeudet säilyvät valokuvaajalla ja hän saa käyttää kuvia portfoliossaan, blogissaan, kuvakilpailuissa sekä muussa valokuvaukseen liittyvässä markkinoinnissa ilman erillistä lupaa, ellei toisin kirjallisesti sovita. Valokuvaaja sitoutuu kunnioittamaan asiakkaan yksityisyyttä ja käyttämään tilannekohtaista harkintaa kuvien julkisessa kaytössä.
Valokuvien tyyli, kattavuus ja mahdollinen tuhoutuminen
Asiakas on nähnyt valokuvaajan aiempia töitä, mutta hyväksyy sen, että kuvaustyyli voi muuttua ajan myötä tai olosuhteiden takia. Valokuvaaja ei takaa, että kuvat ovat tyyliltään samanlaisia kuin aiemmat kuvat. Valokuvaaja päättää kuvien taiteellisen tyylin vallitsevien olosuhteiden mukaan oman harkintansa mukaisesti.
Valokuvaaja on velvollinen huolehtimaan kuvien huolellisesta varmuuskopioinnista. Varmuuskopiointivelvollisuus päättyy 6kk kuvaustapahtuman jälkeen.
Valokuvien toimitus ja koevedokset
Asiakas saa koevedokset viikon sisällä kuvauksesta galleriaan nähtäväksi ja valittavaksi. Koevedoskuvia ei saa käyttää, eikä koevedoksista saa ottaa kuvakaappauksia. Valokuvaaja käsittelee asiakkaan valitsemat vedokset huolella, oman tyylinsä mukaisesti. Valmiit kuvat asiakkaalle toimitetaan 1-4 viikon kuluessa vedoksien valinnasta, riippuen sesongista. Edellyttäen, että kuvauspalvelusta koituva lasku on suoritettu.
Valokuvat toimitetaan kahdessa eri resoluutiossa asiakkaalle; täys- ja Internetresoluutiossa JPEG (300ppi, SRGB)
-täysresoluutio (kuvatulosteisiin ja -tuotteisiin)
-internetresoluutio (Facebook, Instagram, email jne.)
Asiakas saa kuvansa nettigalleriaan ladattavaksi (ellei toisin sopimuksessa sovita). Ohjeet lataukseen tulevat erillisessä emailissa.
Asiakkaan vastuu
Asiakkaan vastuulla on taata valokuvaajalle työrauha ja toimia yhteistyössä valokuvaajan kanssa etukäteen sovitulla tavalla siten, että onnistuneen valokuvauksen edellytykset täyttyvät. Muussa tapauksessa valokuvaaja ei vastaa toimitettujen kuvien laadusta.
Sovellettava laki ja erimielisyyksien ratkaiseminen
Tähän sopimukseen sovelletaan Suomen lakia. Sopimuksesta aiheutuvat erimielisyydet pyritään ratkaisemaan sovittelemalla. Jos kauppasopimusta koskevaa erimielisyyttä ei saada ratkaistuksi osapuolten välisillä neuvotteluilla, asiakas voi saattaa asian kuluttajariitalautakunnan (www.kuluttajariita.fi) ratkaistavaksi. Ennen asian viemistä kuluttajariitalautakunnan käsittelyyn asiakkaan tulee olla yhteydessä maistraattien kuluttajaneuvontaan (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
General Terms and Conditions of Photographic Services
The general terms and conditions below are valid for all imaging services unless otherwise agreed in writing with the customer. Wedding Photography
The reservation fee will be charged at the time when weddingcontract will be accepted and signed. The booking fee is 200e, which is credited with the total amount of the description. If the customer cancels the description, the payment will not be refunded because the graph refuses all other job offers for the day. If the customer changes the wedding day, the first part of the payment will not be refunded. The remainder of the total cost of the wedding recording is due one month before the wedding day. If the invoice has not been paid before the wedding, the photographer is not obliged to describe the wedding or return the first part of the payment. Extra shooting hours 300e/h.
Copyright and access rights
You may copy and commission images from supplied, processed images for unlimited use for your own use. Commercial use without a separate agreement is prohibited. Commercial use includes all business marketing in both printed and digital media, including press. All copyrights will be retained by the photographer and may be used in their portfolio, blog, image contests, and other photographic marketing without prior permission unless otherwise agreed in writing. The photographer is committed to respecting the privacy of the customer and to using situational judgment in the public use of images.
Photo style, coverage and possible destruction
The customer has seen the photographer's previous work, but accepts that the style of photography may change over time or due to circumstances. The photographer does not guarantee that the images are similar in style to the previous ones. The photographer decides the artistic style of the images according to the circumstances at his / her own discretion. The photographer is obliged to take care of careful backup of the images. The backup obligation expires after 6 months of shooting.
Photo delivery and test prints
The customer will receive the test drawings within a week from the description to the gallery for viewing and selection. Test images must not be used and no screenshots may be taken. The photographer handles the customer-selected prints carefully, according to their own style. Ready-made images will be delivered to the customer within 1-4 weeks of selection, depending on the season. Provided that the invoice service has been billed. Photographs are delivered to the customer in two different resolutions; JPEG (300pp, SRGB) for full and Internet resolution full resolution (for image prints and products) Internet Resolution (Facebook, Instagram, Email, etc.) The customer receives his / her image for download to the web gallery (unless otherwise agreed in the contract). Download instructions come in a separate email.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to guarantee the photographer the peace of mind and to cooperate with the Photographer in a manner agreed in advance so that the conditions for successful photography are met. Otherwise, the photographer is not responsible for the quality of the images delivered. Applicable Law and Settlement of Disputes This agreement is governed by Finnish law. The settlement of any disputes arising from the agreement shall be settled by mediation. If the dispute concerning the trade agreement is not resolved by negotiations between the parties, the customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before bringing the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the customer must be contacted by the Consumer Advisers (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
